Invite with link

You can invite members to your Assembly without any email or identity provider using an invite link. This link is unique to your Assembly account; anyone with the link can create an account. In order to invite with a link, you must ensure this feature is turned on in your Core Settings

To turn this feature on:

  1. From my.joinassembly.com, click the Admin icon in the lower left corner of the left navigation bar.
  2. Under Workspace, click Core Settings.
  3. Turn on the switch to allow anyone from a whitelisted domain with the invite URL to join this Assembly on their own (this means only members with approved email domains can create an account using the link).
  4. Copy the link and send it to anyone you would like to invite to your Assembly (provided their domain is whitelisted here).

Another way to copy the link:

  1. From my.joinassembly.com, click the Admin icon in the lower left corner of the left navigation bar.
  2. Click Users in the left sidebar.
  3. Click Invite.
  4. Click the link looking icon. This will copy the unique link to your clipboard.
  5. Send it to anyone you would like to invite to your Assembly (provided their domain is whitelisted here)
