Team building can be a tricky business. There's always that one person who forgets their name tag, another who insists on bringing their pet llama to every activity, and let's not even get started on the guy who never stops talking about his CrossFit regimen.

But fear not, there is a secret to successful team building: motivational quotes! Yes, you heard me right. Motivational quotes. Because nothing brings people together quite like a cheesy inspirational phrase plastered on a poster.

Imagine it now: your team, gathered around the conference table, eyeing each other warily as they sip on lukewarm coffee. But then, you whip out your trusty motivational quote book and begin to read aloud: "The only way to do great work is to love what you do" - Steve Jobs. Suddenly, the tension melts away and your coworkers are high-fiving and fist-bumping like they've known each other for years.

And who needs trust falls and ropes courses when you have gems like "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much" - Helen Keller? Your team will be practically skipping to the next great team building activity, ready to conquer any challenge that comes their way (even if it involves carrying the aforementioned pet llama through an obstacle course).

So, the next time you're faced with a team building challenge, remember: all you need is a few good motivational quotes to inspire you and a healthy dose of humor. And maybe some snacks. Snacks always help.

Must rewards be set up to use Assembly?

They are not required. You can use Assembly without having rewards set up. However, we don't recommend it if you intend to have a high adoption and usage rate. You can always keep the costs down by offering internal culture rewards that are fulfilled by you internally.

Are points required to use Assembly?

No, you can remove allowances from anyone or everyone. It's up to you but we do recommend using points whether they're worth a real dollar value or not. Companies that use points have a much higher engagement rate even if those points don't exchange for real dollars.
